Arcsel Llc is specialized manufacture of welding materials (electrodes and wire) for arc welding. The enterprise was founded on November 2000. The first production of electrodes took place on July 2001, first production of wires took place on May 2002. Arcsel Llc is the first Ukrainian manufacturer of welding materials of special purpose, which are certified the quality management system in conformity with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Manufacturing program include more than 100 types of electrodes and more then 100 types of wires (flux-cored, high- and low carbon steel).
On April 2002 inspectors of UkrSEPRO and DVS ZERT (Dusseldorf, Germany) conducted the first audit of quality management system. In 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2010 repeated audits’ inspections confirmed reliable functioning of quality management system of Arcsel’ products.

In mastering of manufacturing all kinds of enterprises’ products, special attention pays to the choice of stuff, organization of relations between subdivisions of enterprise, personal responsibility of every executor for making technological operation or for technical decision, quality of raw material, technological materials and instrument, communication with suppliers of raw material and buyer.
Successful increase of manufacturing electrodes of special purpose makes it possible to take quite big share of the market and to become constant partner of the major part of metallurgical, chemical machine- and shipbuilding enterprises both Ukraine and countries of (SIC) for delivery electrodes for corrosion-resistant and heat-resistance steels, copper, cast iron and for surfacing.
Taking into account experience of entering the market of special purpose electrodes, we orient on quality standards of West European manufacturers and we built technological process of making welding wires in conformity with modern tendencies, using high exact instrument, low-oxygen drawing lubricant, clearing and special processing wire’s surface, grade drawing намотку. Series of manufacturing technology are directed on providing good processing of under the direction channels of welding equipment.
Arcsel Llc is the singl enterprise, manufacturing seamless flux cored wires from german raw materials in cooperation with “Drahtzug STEIN wire & welding”, which has thirty old experience in manufacturing of this wires.
According to opinions of consumers such as ship-, carriage-, bridgebuilding companies, the wire, manufactured by us, it differs from german only by special designation on a label.
Wire of solid continuous section Sv-08-G2S-O and seamless flux cored wires of trade mark Megafil, produced by Arcsel have certificates of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), Lloyd Register (LR), TÜV Rheinland for combination “wire+ protective gas CO2 and “wire + mixture protective gases Ar + CO2.
In our days Arcsel Llc has production capacity for making 1000 t special purpose electrodes and 1500 t welding wire, analytic test laboratory, complex of equipment for manufacturing experimental batches indicated materials and prepare them for manufacturing.
The analytic laboratory has equipment, instruments and methodical materials for execution demanded volume of the entrance control of raw components, control and support technological process, acceptance tests of finished products.
The group of preparation to production works in the content of laboratory-analytical complex, which approves to usage only the initial materials, which had the complete control.
