Arcsel LLC introduced the technology of manufacturing of welding wire ER70S-6 polished (GOST 2246; DSTU ISO 544:2004; TU 28.7-31206116-009:2002) in-line packing tape on the frame K-300 (18 kg; d. 1,2 mm; 1.6 mm) or D-200 (5 kg; d. 1,2 mm).

From 15 to 19 of August in Odessa at the Joint Information and Analysis Center “Pometey” took place the VIIIth open professional contest of welders. This year 36 welders took part from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Lithuania.
New equipment was installed in the line of rough wiredrawing to clean the rod from traces of scale and rust. This upgrading made it possible to improve the quality of wire for electrode core rods and billets for manufacturing of welding wire.
Arcsel LLC has developed the manufacture of new type of electrodes PT-30 for welding of alloy nickel manganese molybdenum steels type of 10ГН2МФА and the like, being operated under the temperature up to 350оC.
Properties of new welding electrodes meet the requirements of GOST 946675, OST 24.948.01-90.
On 12 – 15 of October the 10th International specialized exhibition for welding materials, equipment and technologies “WELDEX” was held in Russian EcoCentre "Sokolniki" (Moscow). Nearly 250 companies from 15 countries were participants of exhibition.
From 9 to 13 of August, 2010 Welding Society of Ukraine hosted guests from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia at the VII-th open contest of professional skill of welders. This international competition invited 37 welders from 22 enterprises of three countries.
National Agency of Control and Welding (NAKS) issued the certificate of qualification of Arcsels’ welding materials according to requirements of RD 03-613-03 for welding wire ER-70S-6 (diameter 1.2 mm, GOST 2246-70). Detailed in "Certificates".
After receiving new certificates of UkrSEPRO, the list of certified electrodes increased from 61 to 103 types, wires from 16 to 22 types. Now the wire ER-70S-6 meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 14341:2004.
The company has introduced a new system of quality management of welding materials according to DSTU ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008, IDT).
